This is not your grandpa's mousepad. Well, technically it is your grandpa's mousepad since this is from 1995, but it was ahead of its time and much high quality than most mousepads made today. Labeled as a "Precise Mounting Surface" and made in the USA, it's not the foam kind of mousepads like you often see that are kind of thick. Rather, it's thin and has a "microstructured surface" (ie it has some texture to it) to enhance your mouse's tracking.
