3D Printer Lubricating Oil Grease for Rails Bearings Screws Gears
Price: CA $18.47
Overview

Keep your 3D printer moving smoothly with specialized lubricating oil for essential motion components. This low-volatility, low-odor formula helps maintain guide rails, optical axes, ball bearings, screws, nuts, extruder gears, and resin printer Z-axis guides.

The lubricant forms a stable film that reduces friction, vibration, and operating noise while supporting smoother printer movement. Its clean-running formula is designed for dusty 3D printing environments and helps reduce wear, corrosion, and excess dust buildup.

Key Features
  • Product Type: 3D printer lubricating oil
  • Color: Clear and transparent
  • Formula: PTFE and anti-wear additives
  • Operating Temperature: Recommended from -20 to 120 °C

Usage

Power off the printer and clean away old grease and dirt before application. Apply 1 to 2 drops per 100 mm point on each side of a guide rail, or spread a thin layer on screws and nuts. Move the part several times, then wipe away excess lubricant.

For best maintenance results, reapply approximately every 50 to 200 operating hours or every 1 to 3 months, depending on dust levels and printer speed.
