This is a used Toshiba 320GB 5400 RPM SATA II hard drive model MK3255GSX. This drive was removed from a working computer and no problems were reported with Seagate's SeaTools and Western Digital's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics. This drive was also securely erased so it is not currently formatted, initialized, or partitioned.

Send us an e-mail message requesting a return material authorization (RMA) number along with an explanation of why you wish to return the item and the sale item number or invoice number from your receipt. We will issue an RMA number within 2 business days and provide instructions on how to return the item. The item must be returned within ten business days from the date the RMA was issued. The return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Any item you return must be received in the same condition that it was shipped, which includes any packaging, accessories, manuals, software, etcetera. Once we receive the item it will be inspected and tested to verify its condition. If the item is defective we will replace it if another one is available. If no replacement is available we will issue a refund for your original offer price plus the original shipping charge.
