SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping address must match on account. We do not ship to third party.
• All items will ship within 1-3 business days after payment received.
• We only sell and ship to International locations and United States with the exception of APO/FPO
• We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Some large or palletized item(s) may be transported by a 3rdparty freight company arranged by us. The Freight quote can be provided before item(s) purchase. We do not ship any item via your arranged shipping/transportation company.
• We provide insurance for item valued more than $500 in our shipping label and signature delivery for item valued at least $350.
• Once we hand over your package for shipping to the Carrier, we have no control on how and when item is delivered, but we will work with you to assist in any way we can for tracking information and damaged, lost or stolen package
• Where applicable, we will advice on purchase of shipping insurance where we did not provide for one.

RETURN POLICY

1.Items have a warranty of 30 days from the day shipment isdelivered and NOT when is received

2. It is highly disallowedto modify the units, replacing or removing any part or parts, attempting torepair the unit and removing any parts. This violates and invalidates our returnpolicy. Ownership fully transfers to the buyer, the moment a decision to carryout the aforementioned activities. Please contact us via messaging foreither to return or replace and item you are dissatisfied with or having adefect or incomplete within the 30 days warranty period.

3. Some units may requiresoftware upgrade, firmware upgrade or even part(s) upgrade to be compatible foryour needs.Please contact us for theitemspecificationbefore making the purchase.Somesoftware, firmware and parts upgrade may not be compatible with the unit.

4. All return or exchangeitem must match the serial number that was shipped.

5. Return shipping labelare paid for by us for all Items that are 1, defective. 2, arrived damaged and 3, incomplete. Shipping label for all other types of returns isthe responsibility of the buyer.

6. For all items listedwith FREE Returns, theses are subject to the conditions mentioned in (5). Thatis, even though we are subjected to automatic returns by and we have toprovide return shipping labels, the cost of such labels will be deducted from theRefund amount due when they don’t meet the condition spelled out.
