Feature:
1. Strong plasticity, various sizes, and can be cut at will.
2. Durable, insulating and non‑conductive. Non‑corrosive, non‑curing and non‑toxic.
3. Easy to use, no need to apply silicone grease, just tear off the protective film on both sides to use.
4. It can be used for heating elements such as CPU, GPU, graphics card, memory, mining machine, SSD solid state drive, notebook computer, game equipment, LED, server, household appliances, radiator, capacitor and resistor.
Instructions for use:
Install the thermal pad:
The installation of thermal pads is much simpler than thermal paste, because they can easily fit in various places where heat dissipation is required, so even a novice has no difficulty.
Remove the old thermal pad:
Every time the radiator is removed or installed, aged thermal pads need to be removed. Clean up thoroughly and use a new thermal pad; otherwise, the cooling effect will be affected.
Thermal pad size and thickness description:
The thermal conductivity is the same for each thickness. Thermal pads can be purchased in various thicknesses and sizes. Users can also cut them to desired size.
How to choose the size you need:
1: Calculate the size of each location that needs to be cooled.
2: Calculate the thickness of the thermal pad according to the gap between the boards.
3: The thermal pad is soft. Increase the thickness by 0.5–1.0 mm in the calculation so it fits tightly after installation and improves heat dissipation.
4: If the purchased thermal pad’s thickness is insufficient, it can also be used in superposition.
5: The heat‑dissipation effect is best when the two sides of the thermal pad are closely fitted and not crushed.
