                  If payment is not received within the specified time, will automatically open a non-payment case.

                  SHIPPING

                  We provide free shipping on all orders! Please note that we only ship to addresses located within the contiguous 48 states and do not ship to PO boxes or A.P.O. addresses.

                  For security reasons, we can only ship items to the shipping address that you specify during the checkout process. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your payment, as we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address once payment has been processed.

                  We use FedEx Home, FedEx Ground, or USPS as our default shipping methods. If you prefer a different carrier or shipping method, please make all necessary arrangements and contact us to coordinate the shipment.

                  We typically ship items the next business day after receiving payment. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped. We may ship this in a plain white or brown box to save on shipping cost. We require signature confirmation for all items with a value exceeding $150.

                  For international orders, we utilize the Global Shipping Program, where available. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or other applicable laws are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare the actual value of items on customs declarations to comply with international shipping regulations.

                  RETURN

                  We strive for customer satisfaction above all else. If you encounter any problems or issues, please allow us the opportunity to resolve them before leaving response.

                  We provide a hassle-free return policy that allows for free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us, and we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label.

                  Please report any damaged or defective merchandise within 3 days of receipt. All returned items must be received in the same condition as they were shipped. We will verify the item's serial number with our records before proceeding to issue a full refund or providing a replacement.

                  For all Apple products, please ensure that they are restored to their original factory settings before initiating a return. Please note that refunds cannot be processed if iCloud Lock is not removed.

                  Please use your order number as the RMA number when requesting a return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

                  For any brand new sealed items, if the item is returned with the seal intact, we will not charge any restocking fee, if the seal has been cut, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

                  Please ensure that any items being returned are packaged securely, insured, and shipped with a tracking number. We thoroughly inspect all returns upon receipt before proceeding with any refunds, credits, or exchanges.
