XPC High Performance 15W/mK Thermal Pad T15 Series are designed for use in electronics and computing applications requiring non-conductive, compressible, and duable thermal gap-fillers. Suitable uses include graphic cards, RAM, VRM, Chipset, and IC components. Our in-house testing has shown 5-10C VRAM temperature decrease on RTX 3070 Ti, RTX 3080, RTX 3090 GPUs that have been in use for 8-10 months. This newer pad was produced to deliver a high performance pad with higher workability than 20W pads. These are tougher and more elastic and will prevent tearing during cutting and peeling in exchange for slightly lower performance.
