The wall plate comes with 2 RJ11 phone jacks for use with 2 devices simultaneously. This RJ11 wall jack comes with 2 6-position with 4-conductor jacks, which is good for home communication devices such as phones or fax machines. This RJ11 dual-wall jacks plate is good for your telephones and fax machines.

Designed for indoor use. Great replacement for standard home wallplates organizing the cables behind the wall for a professional-looking installation instead of running it across the floor. The wall jacks are already prewired simplifying the installation process. After connecting the back wires, just take a screwdriver and tighten the two screws on the wall plate and you are good to go.
