A 66-wiring block is an older but still widely used style of telephone distribution panel. Used for distributing incoming phone lines to all the phone jacks in your home. If you don't have a 110 block you may have a 66 block in your home. Used in equipment rooms and wiring closets to connect telephone systems, PBX systems, and other low-speed terminal equipment.
Phone companies can charge a monthly inside wire maintenance fee if you want them to repair any issues that may occur with the phone wires inside your home or office - use this block. If you learn to maintain your phone system you can save a decent amount of money.
