I only do made to order, no exceptions. Therefore, it might take 1-2 weeks for me to complete and get the build ready for you due to the fact that all of these parts will be new. Benchmarks w/ 7700xt @ 1440p medium settings:
Fortnite: 141-212 fps
Apex Legends: 148-222 fps
COD Warzone: 106-159 fps

Benchmarks w/ 4060ti @ 1440p medium settings:
Fortnite: 143-215 fps
Apex Legends: 151-226 fps
COD MW3: 108-161 fps

As you can see, both the 7700xt and 4060ti are very similar cards when it comes to pure performance. It really comes down to your own preferences on which brand to pick. Overall, this PC will be completely serviceable as a workstation and outstanding as a gaming rig.
