WARRANTY INFORMATIONThis product comes with 30-day parts warranty against any parts defect. AngelToner warrants that this product will perform in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered.In the event of a defect or malfunction during the warranty period, AngelToner will decide whether:(a) to remedy the defect free of charge with regard to parts and laborby making a repair.
(b) to replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.Please note that the warranty does not include the following:

• Consumables such as toners, drums, and fusers. Thisunit is being sold \"as-is\" with existing consumables installed atminimum of 30%.
• Repairs that are not carried out by an authorizedAngelToner service.
• Damage or failure to follow the safety instructionsor the operating instructions, Acts of God, accidents, non-permissibleor exceptional loading, erroneous handling, unauthorized modifications,or other effects caused by high voltage or current.

SHIPPING INFORMATIONRETURNSFor small printers and lighter items, our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We ship via UPS/USPS/FEDEX. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.For heavy and oversized printers, we ship via LTL Freight. If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact us for a quote. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge.We want nothing more than to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases.
