These appliances are small-footprint, cost-effective security powerhouses that deliver all the features present in WatchGuard’s higher-end UTM appliances, including all security capabilities, such as AI-powered anti-malware, threat correlation, and DNS-filtering.

• The Basic Security Suite includes all the traditional network security services typical to a UTM appliance: Intrusion Prevention Service, Gateway AntiVirus, URL filtering, application control, spam blocking and reputation lookup. It also includes our centralized management and network visibility capabilities, as well as our standard 24x7 support.

Return Policy:
All items can be returned for any reason within 30 days.We only ship to US addresses, therefore, we only allow returns from US addresses.Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals or a restocking fee may be applied.Network security products and other items that require registration or a license, need to be cleared from your account prior to being returned or your return may be delayed or denied.Once a return label has been generated, please ship your item within seven days.For items that are damaged in shipping we will need to file a UPS claim. We need at least six unique pictures of the damaged device, the packing materials, and the shipping box in order to file a UPS claim and process your refund.For items lost in shipment, we will file a UPS claim on your behalf. UPS requires us to allow 10 days to complete their search/investigation.
