Vintage PC Desktop Computer Case, Gray w/ Beige Face Plate, IBM AT Clone Style w/ Power Supply, and Mainboard Mounting Hardware. I used ths with an XT Clone 8088 computer motherboard which matched up just fine. The power supply is good. It powered my full XT system. I have not put an AT style motherboard in this. The Case has seen better days. Cover does not slide on smoothly, one of the guide posts is lose. really none of these style cases were ever easy to get into. Has plenty of tarnish from age, some minor rust around the PS fan and in one corner of the case. The cover has been repainted and you can see from the pictures at certain angles of light the texture is not even. At certain angles you can see the underlying imperfections. It was a quick paint job, should have been sanded first and repainted with a more fitting beige color.
When I bought this several years ago it was mailed to me and some of the face plate mounting posts broke in shipment and I repaired them very well with epoxy putty, stronger than original with some predrilling for strength. They are very solid now, can't see them from the outside. Also the key lock switch broke and was replaced with an LED lit turbo switch which was more useful anyways. Overall it's in fair condition for its age, clean and looks decent, still very useful. I really like it but I need to get rid of some of these old computers I've collected, I move around too much to keep them. Will be packaged very carefully.
