This sale is for the pictured cool, plastic green visor/cap with the original rainbow Apple Computer logo decal on the front of it. It has a foam piece attached for the forehead to rest on it. The only writing I see on it is "Made In China" on the bottom brim. It measures 9" long and 7" wide.
