A few pointers I’ve found with this particular scanner. They’re great for heavy volume. If they do begin to jam, clean the inside with a microfiber towel. That always fixed things for me. And continue to clean regularly. Also, pdf multi page format scans super quickly. I had to do my project in single page tiff, and it was much slower, but still very efficient.
