You can't get anything more completely loaded and ready to go. Even includes power cables. You'll need nothing but a power outlet and you're up and running. You get what you pay for from the junk dealers and surplus resellers on this site. Having the option to ship it back is great but expensive and it's IF you win the argument. All of our hardware, we used ourselves and for many years so know it well, hence our great response.
