It powers on and works decently well as a Monitor, but as you can tell from the pictures it is quite dinged up due to both age, storage, and having it drop forwards a few times. It is not stable and will fall forwards if attempting to lay it flat. It comes with a built in VGA cable, and comes with a non-original power cable.
