Seagate's ImagePerfect AI technology helps to deliver zero dropped frames, while high reliability is backed by a workload rate of 550TB per year. Additionally, SkyHawk Health Management helps protect your surveillance storage by focusing on prevention, intervention, and recovery options. Should you use this drive in a RAID, integrated RAID RapidRebuild technology helps provide faster volume rebuilds.

Seagate built this SkyHawk AI drive with storage capacity of 16TB and a 3.5" form factor, plus a SATA III 6 GB/s interface, a 256MB cache, and a rotational speed of 7200 rpm, all of which help to ensure uninterrupted data transfers with a sustained rate of up to 255 MB/s. Data reliability is further enhanced by 600,000 load/unload cycles, a 2.5 million hour MTBF, 1 per 1015non-recoverable read errors per bits read, and an AFR (annualized failure rate) of 0.44%.
