We reserve the right to change/choose carrier based on the shipping method selected at time of payment. Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 days of payment (excl. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays); fragile, large and/or bulky items may take longer. Signature confirmation will be required for shipment over $250.

For items damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Do not throw away any packaging. The claims process may take between 10-21 business days.
