What it fits This is desktop memory only. It will not fit a laptop. Laptop slots are 260-pin SODIMM and are shorter.
It is standard JEDEC DDR4-2133 non-ECC UDIMM. It is commonly pulled from HP business desktops that use DDR4, including many EliteDesk, ProDesk, and older OptiPlex-class machines from about 2015–2018. It also works in other desktop and all-in-one boards with DDR4 DIMM slots. A DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2666 board will run this module at 2133.
Before you buy, confirm all of this:
• The slot is 288-pin DDR4 UDIMM, not DDR3, DDR5, or laptop SODIMM
• The board wants non-ECC unbuffered memory, not ECC, registered, or load-reduced server RAM
• The system supports at least 8GB on one module and supports dual-rank (2Rx8) modules
Some small desktops and all-in-ones use SODIMM even though they are not laptops. Those need the short laptop stick, not this one. I do not guarantee it for a specific model. Check the service manual or motherboard spec before ordering.
Condition and testing Used OEM pull. Tested and recognized at 8GB. Sold as used, not new, not in retail packaging. Light scuffs on the board or label are normal.
Seller terms Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility once the specs above are confirmed. No refund for ordering the wrong type (laptop SODIMM, DDR3, DDR5, or server ECC/RDIMM). If the module arrives damaged or does not detect as 8GB DDR4 in a compatible DDR4 UDIMM desktop, contact me within the return window with a photo of it installed and the BIOS or system screen before opening a case.
