This one is all stock, with quiet stock cooler. There are few scratch marks on the print of the cooler body, it does not affect functionality, just cosmetics. Board is not damaged or bent, or components missing.
You must have WinXP system, because there is no drivers for Win9X for thisATI HD series cards.
