Note: On June 23, USPS implemented a new formula for dimensional weight which is (Length) x (Width) x (Height) / 166. So, a 16x12x8" box will ship at the 9.25 lb. and a 13x13x9" box would ship at the 9.16 lb. rate regardless if the contents weigh less than that. We do not set the rates. FedEx and USPS both use dimensional weight when calculating shipping charges. We have an application that will compare the rates from UPS, FedEx and USPS and will show us which provider will ship your product in most economical method possible, which also includes tracking
