After installing the printhead, you may noticesmall gaps or missing lineson the test page.
This iscompletely normal— the ink needs some time to flow smoothly.
🛠️ Recommended Steps: Deep Cleaning Procedure
Please follow these steps on your printer:
PressSettings
Go toGeneral Setup→ PressOK
SelectMaintenance→ PressOK
ChoosePrint Head Cleaning→ PressOK
Select:
🔘Black only
🔘Colour only
🔘All→ PressOK
Choose Cleaning Strength:
🟢Normal
🟡Strong
PressStart– The machine will begin cleaning the printhead.
🕒 After Cleaning:
Leave the printer powered ON and idle(do not use it)
Let it sit forat least 6 hours
After the waiting period, print multiple test pages
✅ In most cases, print quality will return to normal
🔁 Still Not Perfect?
If minor imperfections remain, perform asecond deep cleaning cycle.

🔧 Troubleshooting & Installation Precautions
Please read carefullybefore purchasing or installinga new printhead. Proper handling can prevent damage to your printer and extend the life of your printhead.
❗ 1. Red Light Flashing When Powering On
Thisdoes not necessarily mean the printhead is faulty.
➡️ The issue may come from theprinter frame or mainboard.
✅ Please fix any error codes or system issuesbefore replacing the printhead.
❗ 2. Printer Does Not Detect Cartridges
This is often due to ablown fuse on the mainboard.
🔧 Solution: Replace themainboardor itsfuse.
🔍 3. Check the Data Cable
Before installation, check if the data cable is:

🚫 Loosely connected
A damaged or unstable cable canburn the printhead and the mainboard.

Es kann sein, dass Tinte in die Tintenpatronen ausläuft und der Druckkopf anschließend in den Standby-Modus wechselt. Stellen Sie das CIS nach 2 Minuten auf das gleiche Niveau wie der Drucker ein, versuchen Sie, den Druckkopf zu reinigen, und Sie sollten eine Verbesserung auf der Testseite feststellen, wobei einige Linien erscheinen. Wenn Sie sofort einen hochwertigen Druck benötigen, fahren Sie mit der Reinigung fort. Wenn die Druckqualität akzeptabel ist, lassen Sie den Drucker eingeschaltet und im Standby-Modus. Nach 24 Stunden sollte sich die Qualität verbessern. Je weiter Sie drucken, desto besser wird die Qualität.
Wenn Sie Tintenpatronen verwenden, schalten Sie bitte den Drucker ein und lassen Sie ihn im Standby-Modus. Versuchen Sie nach 24 Stunden, die Druckkopfreinigungsfunktion auszuführen. 30 Minuten im Standby-Modus, Druckkopf reinigen, weitere 30 Minuten im Standby-Modus, Druckkopf erneut reinigen und diesen Vorgang wiederholen. Sie werden feststellen, dass sich die Druckqualität mit jedem Zyklus verbessert.
