This Toughbook has been fully tested and factory reset. It is in Grade C condition which may feature:

Dispatch & Delivery

All items are dispatched within 3 working days and delivered between 3 - 5 working days (unless specified otherwise) from recipt of cleared payment.

Returns Policy

There is a 2 week return period should you change your mind with the product. You are responsible for ensuring the item is efficiently packed and is sent to our warehouse safely. If you would like us to collect the item from your address, we will deduct the collection/delivery fee of £10.00 from your refund. Please ensure you contact us within 2 weeks of purchase. Should the item arrive back to us damaged, you may be liable for any damages.

Damaged Products

There is a 30 day return period for faulty items. If the item has arrived in a faulty state, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss with you how to resolve the situation. We will accept returns within this period and collect the faulty item from your address free of charge. If you contact us outside of the 30 day period (from when you received the item), damaged products will not be accepted.
