• Winning buyer must respond within 24 hrs. of notification by email that they are the winning buyer, or Seller has the option of offering item(s) to other buyers or re-posting.
• Payment is due as soon as practical after close of sale, but in no case longer than 2 days after notification. If payment is not received within 2 days, Item(s) will be re-posted and a request for reimbursement of sale fees will be submitted.
• If loss or damage occurs to item(s) during shipment, it is buyers responsibility to insure the merchandise at his/her desired value. The choice of carrier indicated above, if any, is arbitrary and based solely on Sellers best estimate of most economical method. At buyers request and expense, Seller will insure the shipment per buyers instructions, or use an alternate shipping method of buyers choice. Seller has no obligation for shipments which are lost or damaged, but whenever possible will cooperate to help buyer obtain reimbursement or compensation for their loss from the carrier.
• Seller reserves the right not to sell to buyers with negative or hidden response; or in the event of sale system, server, or other anomalies which occur during the sale and which in Sellers opinion materially affect the offerding process.
