They boot up to the ONIE menu screen and from there you can install the OS. You need to have the knowledge and expertise to install the Operating System (OS). Please do not buy these if you are unfamiliar or do not know how to install an Operating System on these switches. These are Rear to Front Airflow and they have 2 Power Supplies installed. No Rail Kits included. These come with a manual and a console cable.
