All our products come with a 30 day returns period, please contact us if you wish to return a product during this time. The buyer is responsible for return fees. In the case of faulty goods, all our items are PAT tested before dispatch so this should not be a problem, but if for whatever reason there is a fault within 30 days of receipt please contact us for the returns procedure.

For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail 2nd class. which should be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
