Key Considerations Before Purchase:

1. Compatibility with 3-Pin, 5V Addressable RGB Headers

   • This adapter is designed exclusively for 3-pin, 5V addressable RGB connectors (ADD_HEADER on Asus, JRAINBOW on MSI, D_LED on Gigabyte). It does not support 4-pin, 12V analog RGB headers.

   • Ensure your motherboard has the correct 4-position, 3-pin connector before purchasing.

   • Compatible with all Asus, MSI, and AsRock motherboards featuring an addressable header, as well as most Gigabyte motherboards from the Z370 series Requirements for Corsair RGB Fans

     • To connect Corsair RGB fans to your motherboard, an RGB Fan LED Hub and an RGB Fan LED Hub cable are required.

     • Alternatively, our Corsair Lighting Channel to Fan Adapters allow direct connection of up to two fans.

   • Direct Compatibility with HydroX and Corsair LED Strips

     • Corsair HydroX cooling devices and Corsair LED strips can be connected directly to this adapter for seamless motherboard Fan Limitation

       • Older Corsair SP-RGB fans are not compatible with this adapter due to a different control protocol.

       • Newer SP-PRO RGB fans are compatible and can be controlled via the Avoid 12V, 4-Pin Connections

         • Plugging this adapter into a 12V, 4-pin RGB header may damage the LEDs in Corsair RGB devices.
