Defective or Not As Described Item(s): If wish to return a defective or not as described item, please contact us first before opening a case. If a return is necessary, generally a full refund will be sent to the buyer after the item(s) are received back and verified for defects. If the item(s) is not defective, a handling and restocking charge will be charged to the buyer. The handling and restocking charge will not exceed 30% of the selling price or $25.00, which ever is lowest. If the item(s) was part of a lot, we may pro-rate a refund or send a replacement to buyer.
Changed Mind/Ordered Wrong Item: It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions before purchasing. Requests to return an item(s) for the reason "Changed Mind" or "Ordered Wrong Item" a restocking charge will be charged to the buyer. The handling and restocking charge will not exceed 30% of the selling price or $25.00, which ever is lowest.
Return Shipping: Please return item(s) in the same packing material and box or use a similar box and packing. Items received back with damage due to poor packing will result in a reduction of the refund depending on the damage.
