When originally sourced, this open box unit did not contain its original factory power adapter. We have matched and included an aftermarket replacement Class 2 power supply model HX20A-0503500-AU (5V 3.5A) to make the kit complete.

The print server has been successfully bench tested, powers up smoothly with the included adapter, and the main hardware unit remains unused in its original protective factory plastic wrap.

How It Operates & Step-By-Step Setup:

• Connect your standalone USB printer directly into the USB 2.0 port located on the back of the print server unit.

• Plug one end of the Ethernet network cable into your internet router or network switch, and plug the other end into the RJ-45 port on the print server for initial configuration.

• Connect the included aftermarket power adapter to the power port on the unit and plug it into a standard wall outlet.

• Insert the setup utility software CD-ROM into a computer on your network to run the configuration wizard, assign an IP address, and link it to your 2.4GHz local Wi-Fi router network.

• Once configured, multiple computers on your network can print wirelessly to the connected printer without requiring a dedicated host computer to remain powered on.

• Please verify prior to purchase that your specific legacy printer models, system utilities, and vintage operating systems are fully compatible with this 802.11g legacy hardware.
