·Once we hand over your package forshipping to the Carrier, we have no control on how and when item is delivered,but we will work with you to assist in any way we can for tracking informationand damaged, lost or stolen package(s)

·Where applicable, we will advice on purchaseof shipping insurance when and wherever we did not provide for one for delicategoods

·All shipping cost or charges provideddirectly or indirectly are considered expended cost, and cannot be recouped orrefunded due to returns of merchandize.

RETURN /REFUND POLICY

1.Items have a warranty of 30 days from the day shipment isdelivered and NOT when is receivedunlesswhere otherwise stated

2.It is highly disallowed to modify the units, replacing or removingany part or parts,attempting to repair the unit and removingany parts. This violates and invalidates our return policy. Ownership fullytransfers to the buyer, the moment a decision to carry out the aforementionedactivities. Please contact us via messaging for either to return orreplace and item you are dissatisfied with or having a defect or incompletewithin the 30 days warranty period.

3.Some units may require software upgrade, firmware upgrade or evenpart(s) upgrade to be compatible for your needs.Please contact usfor the itemspecificationbefore making thepurchase.Some software, firmware and parts upgrade may not becompatible with the unit.

4.All return or exchange item must match the serial number that wasshipped.

5.Return shipping label are paid for by us for all Items that are 1,defective.2, arrived damaged and 3, incomplete.Shippinglabel for all other types of returns such as “ordered by mistake”, “no longerneeded”, “change of mind” or “just didn’t like it” is the responsibility of thebuyer and will be deducted from the refund due and subject to up to 25%restocking and 20% recertify fee.

6.For all items listed with FREE Returns, these are subject to theconditions mentioned in (5). That is, even though we are subjected to automaticreturns by and we have to provide return shipping labels, the cost of suchlabels will be deducted from the Refund amount due when they don’t meet thecondition spelt out.

7.Items that arrived damaged or dead on arrival mustbe reported immediately upon discovery and not more than 3 business days ofdelivery. An attempt to use or fix damaged order receivedwill void the return privilege and will not qualify for a refund. Damaged ordead on arrival item that are reported after 30 days does not qualify for returnor for a refund. Charged back claim initiated by buyer as a result will bechallenged.

8.Item listed as Parts or NOT working are “ASIS” basis and are notcovered under this policy and are NOT returnable.

9.Keep the packaging box and do not discard, because should you needto return laptop for any reason, return shipping label sent to you will be forthis box.
