All 12 are included in one purchase, each with its attached rear HDMI pigtail and original manufacturer carton.

The manufacturer cartons are not factory sealed. All units are new and unused. One carton was opened solely to photograph the actual product and included contents.

Original cartons show minor warehouse or storage wear and handwritten inventory markings. No separate outer decorative faceplate, in-wall HDMI cable or additional accessories are included unless specifically shown.

The front HDMI female port connects to the attached rear HDMI female pigtail, creating a clean pass-through connection for an in-wall HDMI installation. Its single-gang decorative format is suitable for conference rooms, classrooms, offices, home theaters, houses of worship and professional AV installations.
