TESTING
We tested this processor in our HP OMEN 45L system. Processor identification was verified using CPU-Z, with temperatures monitored using Core Temp and HWiNFO.
• Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool: PASS; all listed test modules passed.
• PassMark BurnInTest 11: All selected tests passed during a 5-minute, 3-second session.
• CPU test: 17 cycles completed with zero errors.
• Additional BurnInTest checks: 2D graphics, 3D graphics, GPGPU, video playback and temperature tests passed with zero errors.
• Integrated graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 770 completed Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0, scoring 358 at 14.2 average FPS using the settings shown in our screenshot.
• Highest recorded CPU temperature across the supplied monitoring screenshots: 81°C.
• HWiNFO recorded no core or package thermal throttling during its monitoring period.
The test system reported a 65W sustained power limit and a 219W short-term power limit. Operating speed, temperatures and performance depend on your system configuration, workload and cooling.
