SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your purchase will be shipped properly packed (either in the original box or a suitable generic box, depending on availability) and insured.
The carrier for the free shipping is the seller's choice.
An adult signature is required upon receipt.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) or shipping damage must be documented and reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipping to confirmed street addresses only. No address changes are permitted after the order is placed.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 Days from the date of purchase. Please inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly.
Please save the shipping box and any packing material for 30 Days. All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, including original packaging and all accessories. If you need to return the item, please ensure it is properly packed in the original packaging and consider insuring it against damage or loss, as you are responsible for the return shipment.
We record all serial numbers. Items returned with serial numbers that do not match our records will be refused and reported.
Prior approval is required for all returns.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
WARRANTY
This Refurbished workstation includes a 1-year warranty provided by in partnership with Allstate. The warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. For any warranty-related issues during the warranty period, follow the Refurbished Program's warranty claim process to resolve them.
We are not responsible for any damage or losses related to your time, project, or environment (data/software/network/building) where purchased computers are installed. Modifications to the computer or any parts sold without prior approval will void our warranty.
You are responsible for shipping the original defective item(s) back to us for warranty repairs. We fully insure the shipment of the item to you against damage or loss. In case of damage or loss, we will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.

CONDITION GRADING DEFINITIONS Grade A - Excellent
Condition: Like new or barely used. The device appears pristine, with little to no visible wear.
Display: No scratches, cracks, or dead pixels. The screen is flawless.
Body: Minimal to no signs of wear on the casing, edges, or back. Small, barely noticeable blemishes may be acceptable.
Grade B - Very Good
Condition: Light signs of use, but overall well-maintained.
Display: May have minor surface scratches that are hard to see or unnoticeable during use. No major flaws like cracks.
Body: Small scuffs or slight dents on the body, typically around the edges. No structural damage or major dents.
Grade C - Good
Condition: Noticeable signs of wear, with visible cosmetic issues.
Display: May have visible scratches on the screen that don't affect functionality. No deep scratches or cracks.
Body: Obvious signs of wear, such as visible scratches, scuffs, or minor dents. The device is fully functional but shows signs of regular use.
Grade D - Fair/Acceptable
Condition: Heavy signs of use, with multiple cosmetic imperfections.
Display: Multiple scratches, which may be noticeable during use, but the screen remains intact (no cracks or dead pixels).
Body: Significant scuffs, scratches, or dents on the body. May include more pronounced damage or wear, especially on corners and edges.
Grade F - Poor
Condition: Major cosmetic damage. Sold for parts or repair.
