Unit is in excellent condition, I have been using this unit for 2 weeks after updating all components to the latest firmware available from HP. Testing all its features , and everything is working as expected. During the refurbish process, i change the thunderbolt cable with a new one, see it has its original plastic wrapper and I also fully upgraded all onboard components to the latest available firmware's. Unit is fully tested. Speakers sound clear.

The conference audio control are touch sensitive, and the unit depending on what you are doing changes colors to alert you if you have a live mic, or you are muted or you are receiving a phone call, the audio quality is outstanding for a unit this size, and the microphones have excellent pick up and background noise reduction.
This unit is universally compatible with any laptop with thunderbolt ports. my testing was done with 2 34" ultra wide monitors and hp pro book 445 G10 and worked great driving both monitors and charging the laptop.
