Travel straight back to 2011 and the golden era of premium portable computing with an authentic, brushed-aluminum classic: an original HP Pavilion dm4 14" Notebook PC!

Crafted with HP’s signature brushed metal finish, curved metallic perimeter trim, and island-style chiclet keyboard, the Pavilion dm4 was HP’s flagship ultraportable that refused to compromise on performance. Powered by a 2nd-generation Sandy Bridge Intel Core i5-2410M processor running at 2.30GHz (up to 2.90GHz with Intel Turbo Boost technology), 6GB of DDR3 RAM, and a massive 640GB Samsung SATA hard drive (581 GB formatted C: partition with over 501 GB of free space plus recovery partition), this notebook runs an authentic installation of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit (Service Pack 1).

For retro PC gamers, this system is an absolute gem for bridging late-2000s and early-2010s titles that suffer from compatibility headaches, modern OS DRM blocks, or resolution scaling issues on Windows 10/11. Backed by integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000, it effortlessly glides through classics like Fallout 3 & New Vegas, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Mass Effect 2, Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Civilization V, StarCraft II, and BioShock 2.

Despite its slim 14-inch footprint, it houses a full internal HP DVD±RW optical drive, built-in HP TrueVision HD webcam, fingerprint reader, multi-format media card reader, and dual display outputs featuring both legacy analog VGA (for connecting directly to external CRT monitors or projectors) and digital HDMI for modern HDTVs and monitors.

• Functional Condition: 100% bench-tested and fully operational. Boots cleanly and swiftly into Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The Intel Core i5-2410M processor runs smooth and quiet, all 6GB of DDR3 RAM are detected, and the 640GB Samsung hard drive operates cleanly with a healthy partition. The 14.0" BrightView LED display is bright with sharp colors and even illumination. Keyboard keys, trackpad, and optical drive respond properly. Please note: Due to the age of vintage laptop lithium-ion battery cells, prolonged runtime on battery power alone cannot be guaranteed; the system operates reliably when plugged into the included AC power adapter.

• Cosmetic Condition: Great vintage condition overall. The brushed metal exterior lid and keyboard palm rest deck are structurally sound with no cracks, dents, or loose hinge hardware. Shows light, normal cosmetic signs of handling and minor shelf marks consistent with careful use and age. Screen glass is clean and free of cracks. The factory underside serial tag and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium COA sticker are intact and legible. Please review the high-resolution photos for an exact look at physical condition.
