HP Officejet Pro 8100 Color Inkjet Printer, Ethernet, USB, WiFi, DOES NOT WORK

Printer does not work. It was stored for a long time. It worked fine when it was put into storage, but cartridges and print heads dry out over long periods of non-use, and need to be replaced and cleaned. The symbols on the screen for 2 of the ink cartridges flash. The web admin screen says "Needs Attention" and "Printer Failure." It probably needs new ink cartridges, and a print head cleaning. Has less than 1900 lifetime prints. Includes power, USB, and Ethernet cables.
