Selling my HP 15-ay137cl laptop. The computer has been reset and is ready for a new owner.

Important condition / issues — please read before purchasing:
Battery: The battery no longer holds a charge. The laptop needs to remain connected to the AC charger to operate.
Cosmetic damage: There are cracks/damage to the plastic housing at two corners of the laptop. I have been holding the affected areas with clear Scotch tape. Please see the photos carefully for the exact condition.
Intermittent screen issue: On a few occasions in the past, moving/adjusting the display caused the screen to temporarily go dark, apparently due to an intermittent connection in the display area/cable. Moving the screen slightly would cause the display to come back on. This issue has only happened a few times. The laptop had not been used for more than 6 months, and while I recently cleaned, tested, and reset it for sale, I did not experience the screen going dark again during that process. However, because this issue has occurred previously, I want to disclose it to the buyer in case it happens again.
Because of the above, this laptop is being sold AS-IS with the disclosed issues. Please review all photos and the description carefully before purchasing.
The laptop is otherwise functional and was working when tested. It has been reset and is ready for the new owner.
