Our policy, extending applicable regulations, is grant you the right to return any product you purchase in Parts and Laptops within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Product must be found in good condition and whenever possible with its original packaging. Once the goods are received in our warehouses and confirmed to be in good condition, we will issue a refund in your name.

The delivery time in the peninsular territory is between 3 and 4 working days. And for Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: Delivery time is 3-10 business days. Delivery time is not guaranteed on ordinary shipments.

Regular mail shipments do not include tracking number, so no claims for delay or loss can be made until after 15 days. It is always recommended to use as a certified mail shipping method.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you may have to pay the IGIC or IPSI, you may also be charged DUA processing and customs fees not included in the order amount.

The warranty period of our products, is 90 days from the date of delivery. Deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, improper use or handling, improper tension, improper installation not performed by authorized technical service where applicable, or materials subjected to wear and tear from normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, you will opt for the replacement of the item or the refund of its amount in the legally established terms.

The warranty will lose its value in the following cases:

If some of the data in the same or proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.

If both the identification number and the device itself are handled or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
