Warm Tips:

1. The external DVD/CD drive/writer does not support TVs, car players, tablets, Chromebooks and Ubuntu systems.
2. Due to the new release system Windows 10 or higher without Media Player or the installed Media Player not supporting the playback of DVDs, we recommend to install the "VLC Media Player" to play the DVD and CD.
3. The portable CD/DVD/VCD writer cannot play Blu-ray discs or game discs larger than 8.5 GB.
4. Since the front USB port may be unstable, please connect the unit to the USB port of the motherboard when using the desktop. If you connect it to a USB hub or extender, it may not be recognised or may not be able to read the DVD/CD stably.
5. Please do not squeeze or collide to ensure that the product works properly
6. Do not place the drive in a strong magnetic field.
7. Please ensure that your laptop has sufficient capacity, otherwise it may result in the unit not being recognised.
8. Do not allow your external DVD-CD-ROM drive to go into "sleep mode" when you are using it, as this may result in data loss or corruption.
9. Most laptops do not require an additional drive, simply plug-and-play, except on old systems like Win98 the drive software must be installed first
