Each printer is disassembled, blown free of dust and debris and inspected. The platen, gears and all critical parts are cleaned, and the printer is relubricated. The printhead is replaced as necessary with new or refurbished parts to ensure optimal print quality and tested thoroughly. The printer is then reassembled, tested to factory specificationsand cleaned to look like new. We include one new installed ribbon with all of our dot-matrix printers and the printer is professionally packaged.
