Return Policy-Returns are accepted if requested through within the timeline stated on the item listing. Books, movies, and music returns require the buyer to pay for return postage. We must receive the item in the same condition as sent. Partial refunds may be offered on new items that have been unsealed. If item was damaged during shipping, send us photos of the damaged item, and INCLUDE photos of the mailer and ALL shipping/packing materials so that a postage claim can be made.
