FAQQ1:Cannot record PS4 video?A: Please make sure that the product is connected with PS4 correctly and in the state of Power On, and then confirm the firmware version of PS4 host. If the firmware version is below 1.7, it will not be able to record video due to PS4 with HDCP protection. If the firmware version is above 1.7, please enter “Go Settings” to see if “Enable HDCP”, and you need to disable HDCP function before recording (Disable HDCP option is only applicable to Game, and does not apply to Blu-ray DVD playback).Q2:Cannot record PS3 video?A: Please make sure that the product is connected with PS3 correctly and in the state of Power On, and then check whether the PS3 host is set correctly.
