This comes with the motherboard, riser board, power board, CPU, and RAM. The CPU is a 450 MHz Intel Pentium 2 CPU. There is 128MB of RAM installed. I installed a new CMOS battery so settings and date/time save. There is an ATX power supply adapter installed so you can power this motherboard with a standard ATX power supply. If you remove the adapter you can use the original Dell power supply, but the adapter is provided so you can use an ATX power supply. This passed a Dell Diagnostic check. The built in IO shield is a bit bent as shown. Some of the fins on the CPU heatsink are bent as shown. This is used so there is some wear and dust on the items. Check pictures above for condition.
