250ML/Bottle DTF Ink Cleaner Liquid Printhead Cleaning Liquid Kit For Epson G5 Kyocera I3200 Print Head Repair For Textile UV Sovlent Ink

IMPORTANT:

1.All liquids can not be mixed: they must be used in the order of this process, otherwise it maydamage the printhead!!

2.Do not push the liquid too hard. Make the push slow. Otherwise some internal crystals of the nozzle will be crushed by liquid.

3.Use the correct solution kit for different type of printhead.

Clean and Repair process:

Prepare 3 pcs 50ml syringes, 1 pair rubber gloves, 4pcs dust free wipers (they are included in our package) , a clean container for printhead, a container for collect dirty waste liquid.
And your own cleaning liquid (if you don\'t have it,can check with us)

1. Take off the printhead from printer,open the income hole. Use cleaning liquid by syring to

clean up the ink inside the printhead until no color ink come out.Use dust free wiper to clean the

surface in time. Push air by syring for 3 times until all liquid out.

2. Inject repair liquid by new syring to every channel in the printhead to make sure no cleaning

liquid inside.

4. Inject cleaner liquid (30-50ml) by new syring to channels which is blocked, and let 10ml stay

inside for 3-10 mins depends on how heavy the block is.

5. Push out the 10ml cleaner liquid and do more times to push air into printhead to make sure no

cleaner liquid inside.

6. Inject repair liquid by syring (50ml each time, 2-3times), to make sure no cleaner liquid

inside. And push air into printhead.
