Unless the item is listed as new, all items are as-is and for most used items we test to make sure things turn on. If we can test functionality and use beyond turning it on, we will include that in the listing.

ISSUES AND RETURNS:

If you have any issue with your product, please reach out to us first as we always want to work something out. Generally, we do not just take returns however, obviously if we say something works and it doesn't, we got you. Working directly with us on issues often results in a quick return, partial money back or exchange for another product in our store. If item is as it was described and you still want to return, you may or may not be charged a restock fee of 20%.

*FREIGHT:If you want to schedule your own freight or other pickup service, just reach out to us for the dimension and our warehouse is in Denton, TX 76208.
If you would like us to quote you for the cost of freight to your location before purchasing, just reach out to us with the below information. The better details you give the more accurate the quote will be as we use a nationwide freight broker that can accommodate most needs:

• The City and Zip of where you'd like the shipment delivered?
• The type of location? Business or Residential, Apartment?
• If there is a loading dock, is it able to receive pallets easily or will you need a liftgate to deliver?

How it works once you purchase:

• Once you buy, we will reach out to get your contact information so the broker can call and finalize the details with you. They can handle any requests or questions you have.
• When your delivery is booked, they will provide us with the documents and pickup time. We will have it packed up and ready to go.
• Once the pickup is confirmed, you will then provide us the 6-digit pickup code that sends you when you purchase. This way the funds are not released to us until the pickup is confirmed.
