A Cfe Tybe-B card reader

It supports Cfe Type-B cards with a maximum capacity of 2TB. For cards with this capacity, it is necessary to fully support USB3.1 GEN2 with a rate of 10Gbps. At the same time, Cfe cards will generate a lot of heat when transmitting data at high speed, we designed an aluminum casing to transfer part of the heat to the casing to enhance heat dissipation and ensure the safety of cards and card readers.

Cables Taken Seriously

You may not care about it, it just a cable, in fact this cable is irreplaceable, if you still want to achieve the full USB3.1 GEN2 rate, they are both 7.4 inches long and are high-quality USB -C to USB-C and USB-A to USB-C, fully support USB 3.1 GEN2 protocol, considering that this card reader may be brought along with the cable, we specially enhanced its bending resistance , so that it has a longer service life.

Q&A

Q: Cfe cards will generate heat when working at high speed, is this normal? How hot is too hot? Will this damage my card?

A: Cfe Type-B generates a relatively large amount of heat when reading and writing at high speeds, and that the manufacturer has set its safe operating temperature range at -25°C to 70°C (-13°F to 158°F), which is a temperature that is too hot to touch. Therefore, if you find that your card or card reader is a bit hot to the touch during operation, you don’t need to worry as it is completely within the safe operating range. In addition, our card reader has built-in temperature control. When it detects that the card is on the verge of overheating, it will automatically reduce its working speed to lower the temperature and ensure the safety of your property.
