The Fosmon Cat 7 Network Ethernet Cable is capable of transmitting data at speeds of up to 10 Gbps over 100m of cable with increased transmission frequencies of up to 600 MHz. It is made out of four individually shielded twisted pairs (STP) of copper wires, plus an external foil shielding for all four pairs.
