Built for 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors on LGA 4189, the Bykski CPU-ICELAKE-X puts a high core-count chip on a water loop. Under sustained load their heat has to leave through the IHS, and a server heatsink relies on chassis fans to carry it away. This block moves that heat into your loop, so the processor no longer depends on case airflow.
The electroplated copper cold plate sits on the IHS, with 0.5mm micro-channels that pull heat into the coolant. The POM top carries the G1/4 ports, so tubing connects straight to the block.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
