Up for sale is a vintage Apple iMac 17-inch (Early 2006, Model iMac4,1) featuring the classic white polycarbonate housing.

This iMac has been tested and successfully boots into Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8. It was previously a family member's computer and has been essentially factory reset.

This is a genuine vintage Macintosh from 2006 and is best suited for collectors, retro Mac enthusiasts, vintage computing projects, or anyone specifically looking for an older iMac.

For protection during shipping, I may use a newer-model Apple iMac box with fitted packaging from a different iMac model.

The box may therefore appear to be for a newer Mac, but the computer being sold is the Early 2006 iMac A1195 described in this listing.

I am using the fitted packaging primarily to provide better protection during shipping and reduce the need for additional packaging materials.
